I am so thankful and blessed to celebrate the very 1st Anniversary of The Vogt Real Estate Group. On September 11 2021, the Vogts made the big announcement that they were opening their own independently owned and operated real estate brokerage and asked me to join them on this new venture. After spending most of our real estate careers with large real estate firms, we knew it was time to put our combined 50 years experience to work and create a real estate company that puts our customers ahead of anything else. What a first year it has been!!!
As you know, our business has always been built on REFERRALS FROM YOU. What we have achieved in this first year exceeded our own expectations and all the credit belongs to YOU. By trusting us with your business, referring us to your friends and family our new company was able to help 43 families either buy a home, sell a home or purchase investment properties. We represented clients in 6 different counties with an average sales price of $761,000 for $33 million in closed volume. We worked with buyers and sellers at all price levels. Our highest sale price was $1,900,000 and our lowest sales price was $150,000. There isn’t a client that is too big or small to work with.
For us it’s PEOPLE NOT PRICE POINTS.
